WHY CHOOSE THIS PACKAGE?
The Virgen de la Candelaria Festival in Puno, recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, is celebrated every February in the city of Puno. The festival combines religious, festive, and cultural events, deeply rooted in Catholic traditions and Andean symbolism.
During this time, the Uyuni salt Flats turns into a mirror reflecting the sky, creating stunning photos where it looks like you're walking among the clouds. Its beauty is so breathtaking that people from all over the world come to get married barefoot on the salt flats. It's also said that walking barefoot on the salt has therapeutic and mystical effects.
From the very first day, you'll experience the cultural activities of the Fiesta de la Candelaria. This tour package is flexible and can be customized based on your arrival date.
